Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with personal hygiene such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.

Offer support with dressing, mobility, and transferring clients.

Prepare and serve meals tailored to individual dietary needs.

Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.

Conduct light housekeeping duties like laundry, dishwashing, and general cleaning.

Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.

Adhere strictly to safety and infection control measures.

Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.

Monitor clients' health status and promptly report any changes to supervisors or healthcare providers.

Maintain precise and current records of client care and engagements.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or its equivalent
-
Preferably certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)

At least 6 month of prior professional experience in caregiving or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Possesses a compassionate and patient demeanor

Demonstrates reliability and punctuality

Capable of lifting and transferring clients as required
California State Requirements:
In California, all caregivers are mandated to register with the state registry. Our team management will guide you through this registration process, either online or in person at our office.
