Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with personal hygiene such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.

  • Offer support with dressing, mobility, and transferring clients.

  • Prepare and serve meals tailored to individual dietary needs.

  • Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.

  • Conduct light housekeeping duties like laundry, dishwashing, and general cleaning.

  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.

  • Adhere strictly to safety and infection control measures.

  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.

  • Monitor clients' health status and promptly report any changes to supervisors or healthcare providers.

  • Maintain precise and current records of client care and engagements.

  • High school diploma or its equivalent

  • Preferably certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)

  • At least 6 month of prior professional experience in caregiving or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Possesses a compassionate and patient demeanor

  • Demonstrates reliability and punctuality

  • Capable of lifting and transferring clients as required

California State Requirements:

In California, all caregivers are mandated to register with the state registry. Our team management will guide you through this registration process, either online or in person at our office.
